As the famous Sunday's song goes....here's where the story ends
And what a Sunday it was if you were Cameron Smith. But even he didn't have as good a Sunday as Sohil 'Kung Fu' Pandya. 21st going into the final round and with only 5 through to the weekend it just looked like a bridge too far, but some stellar performance from Ancer and DeChambeau saw Sohil take the crown, the $S5000, and a place in the coveted hall of fame with a superb 34 points.
Daniel 'Snake' Martin couldn't hold him off and finished 7 points behind in 2nd with 41 points, Scott costing him a share of 1st min with a bogey at the 17th - he walks away with $S2800.
Chris 'Blubba' Watson came 3rd with 54, a score good enough to win 2 of the other 3 M7s this year. He can console himself slightly with $S1600.
The top 15 looked like below with almost half the M7 field posting a score under 100
Oliver 'Naked' Martin held off the challenge from Lewis 'Wilderbeast' Wood to take home BOTR with a respectable 136 and $S600
And that is it for another year!
Prizes will be paid out to the 16 of you (yes 16 unique winners across the 4 majors) in the next couple of days
See you at Augusta in 2023! (unless Liv have taken everyone by then)
