Welcome one and all to the last M7 of the year (sob sob) at a strangely eerie Augusta – or should that be M6? More on that later!
Will ‘Boris Buck sis better off than 95 of us in that he has skipped the hope and eventual pain by just not bothering. Same result of a charity $100 donation, just fast tracked it by 5 days.
The other 95 of us (+ Control) will be looking forward to what could be a cracker in Georgia (assuming the US doesn’t become a sequel to Mad Max in the next couple of days)
Dan ‘Darth’ Martin &has his maiden win under his belt, so he can chillax and sit back. You wont be winning anything (expect your sidey v me obviously). Reigning M7 2019 Masters winner Je can likewise put the feet up.
· Fastest finger: Trevor ‘Super Trev’ Haeger Dwasnt risking the deadline responding to Lobos message before I sent it out a couple of hours later!
· The Darth Award for indecisiveness: Steve 'Roman' Ebsworth (5 times)
· The Baloney award for tardiness: Nicholas 'Dumpty' Humphrey (4 mins to spare)
· The Tally zzzzzzz award: Love it. Justin ‘Tally’ Price was in the top 4 for his own award last time, won it for the PGA, and this time he would have won it had he not gone for a very left field pick in Scheffler…. Only 19 picks for him! He is pipped to the zzz award by Michael 'Alison' Kraus who manages to pick a side even more boring than possible, by bringing in Jason Day for the 20-30 group!
68 different players picked but alas, only 62 of them are playing this week! Basics people, basics - Hovland, English, Niemann, Dahmen, Pieters and Kaymer are not at Augusta this week
So this leaves us with 62 valid picks (67% of the field)
Popular Picks
· Jason Day makes it a clean sweep for 2020 as the most popular pick. He is in no less than 54 teams (45 last time and 67 for the PGA!)
· All others getting 20 picks or more are Bubba (50), Woods (45), Molinari (40), Koepka (36), DeChambeau (31), Champ (28), Spieth (25), DJ (24), Reed (24), Rose (24) . Everyone else has 20 or less picks. If they go well there is likely be a very bunched leaderboard at the top. On the other hand if a few of those have a shocker....
· Our US PGA champ, Morikawa, somehow gets no picks, and neither does the uber consistent Webb Simpson – Expect those 2 to come out firing when they find out. Everyone else playing in the Top 49 gets a pick

Have to give it to Charlie 'Smirnoff' Vodrazka - With many choices in the top bracket he decided Fatprick in 11th was the best bet for the title. Ballsy.
Likewise, 10 players didn’t fancy 20-30 and went higher, and a massive 1/3rd of us didn’t fancy the woeful 31-40 group with Sergio missing.

· We have had 7 M6ers in both the majors this year, but we have a quite remarkable 18 players (18%) making it harder on themselves! 16 M6ers and a remarkable 2 M5ers!
